Quick summary

Policy at a glance

The options available depend on who requests the change, how early we receive it and whether Veda has already committed staff, food, equipment or third-party costs to your booking.

Plans changed?

Tell us at least 24 hours before an individual booking or 48 hours before a group booking. An eligible booking can usually be moved once, subject to availability.

Too late or no-show?

Changes inside the notice window, missed timed slots and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or automatic credit.

Veda cancelled?

If we stop a booked experience for safety, weather or operational reasons, we provide a free reschedule, booking credit or another legally appropriate remedy.

An enquiry or provisional reservation is not a paid booking. Submitting a website form may hold a requested date or ask our coordinator to contact you, but there is no paid amount to refund until Veda receives payment or a deposit and issues a confirmation.

Scope

What this policy covers

This policy applies to bookings made directly with Veda Adventures through our website, telephone, official messaging channels, email or park counter.

  • Confirmed booking: Veda has received full or partial payment and shared a booking, invoice, receipt or written confirmation.
  • Booking value: the amount actually paid to Veda for the affected ticket, slot or package, excluding any amount not yet collected.
  • Written special terms: a quotation, proposal, invoice or confirmation may contain event-specific deadlines. Those terms apply to that booking where they are clearly disclosed.
  • Third-party booking: if you paid an agent, marketplace or another platform, request the change or refund through that provider under its displayed policy.

Individual tickets

Ground passes and ATV / Dirt Bike

Ground pass and ATV change rules
SituationWhat happens
24+ hours before You may request one change to an available date within three months of the original visit. The first eligible reschedule has no change fee; any price or tax difference still applies.
Less than 24 hours The paid amount is non-refundable and a new date is not guaranteed. Contact us promptly; genuine emergencies may be reviewed case by case.
No-show or unused ticket No refund, credit or carry-forward applies when a guest does not attend or chooses not to use an available booked activity.
Reduced headcount Unused participant value is not refunded. If requested at least 24 hours in advance, Veda may approve moving that value to the same booking group's new date.
04

Timed & weather-dependent

Paramotoring bookings

Paramotoring depends on safe wind, visibility, field conditions and pilot clearance. A booked time is a reporting window, not a guarantee that take-off will occur at an exact minute.

Guest-requested change

Ask at least 24 hours before your reporting time for one availability-based reschedule within three months. Price differences apply.

Weather or safety hold

If Veda's pilot or management cancels the flight, we move the slot free of charge or issue equivalent booking credit.

Late arrival

Please arrive 15–20 minutes early. A late arrival may shorten or forfeit the slot where the pilot, weather window or running order cannot be held.

05

Schools, teams & celebrations

Group and event bookings

School outings, corporate days, parties and private events require advance staffing, activity planning, meals and sometimes outside vendors. The quotation or booking confirmation will identify any booking-specific deposit and final headcount terms.

  • Tell the assigned coordinator about a date, package or headcount change at least 48 hours before the visit, or by the earlier deadline shown in your written confirmation.
  • Deposits are normally non-refundable once Veda has committed recoverable or non-recoverable costs to staffing, catering, decoration, entertainment, equipment or vendors.
  • An approved new date is subject to capacity, seasonal pricing, taxes and vendor availability. Any difference will be added to the revised booking.
  • After the confirmed headcount cutoff, reductions do not automatically reduce the invoice. Unavoidable third-party costs may be deducted from any remedy Veda agrees in writing.
06

Safety comes first

If Veda changes or cancels an experience

Veda may delay, modify, pause or cancel an activity because of unsafe weather, maintenance, government directions, site conditions, staff or equipment safety, or another event outside reasonable operational control.

1

We contact you using the details supplied with the booking.

2

We offer a practical remedy such as a free reschedule, equivalent experience or booking credit.

3

If Veda cannot provide the paid service or a reasonable alternative, the unused eligible amount may be refunded as required by the circumstances and applicable law.

A temporary pause, revised running order or closure of one activity does not automatically cancel a multi-activity ground pass when the overall booked experience remains available.

07

Money back

When a refund may apply

Eligible for review

  • A duplicate or incorrect charge verified by Veda
  • Veda cannot deliver the paid service or a reasonable alternative
  • A refund is expressly approved in the written booking terms
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law

Not normally refundable

  • Change of mind, personal schedule change or transport delay
  • Late arrival, missed slot, no-show or unused ticket
  • Choosing not to participate because of fear, fitness or preference
  • Removal or refusal for ignoring safety instructions

How approved refunds are paid

Veda will normally initiate an approved refund within 7 business days after verification. It is returned to the original payment method wherever possible. Banks, card networks and payment providers may need an additional 5–10 business days to display the credit. Cash or bank-transfer payments may require identity and account verification.

Request process

How to cancel or request a change

  1. 01

    Contact the booking team

    Call +91 89546 64477 or +91 89546 64488, or email vedaadventures@gmail.com.

  2. 02

    Share the booking details

Include the booking name, registered phone number, visit date, activity or package, payment proof and the change or remedy requested.

  3. 03

    Wait for written acknowledgement

A request is complete only when Veda acknowledges it by message or email. Sending a request does not itself cancel or move the booking.

We aim to acknowledge a complaint or refund request within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. Complex bank, vendor or third-party cases may take longer, and we will keep you informed.

09

Other important terms

Emergencies, force majeure and policy updates

Medical emergencies and other serious unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed individually if you contact us promptly and provide reasonable supporting information. A reschedule, credit or refund is not automatic.

For events beyond either party's reasonable control—including severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, civil disruption or utility failure—Veda will prioritise a reschedule or credit and then apply any remedy required by the booking circumstances and applicable law.

The policy displayed or provided when your booking is confirmed applies to that booking. Later updates will not reduce a remedy already confirmed in writing. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Indian consumer law.
