2. Weather-Related Cancellations

At Veda Adventures Park, safety is our utmost priority. If adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain or storms, deem activities unsafe, the park reserves the right to cancel any scheduled events. In such cases, while we maintain our no-refund policy, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your adventure to a later date. 3. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

Guests who fail to arrive ('no-show') or arrive late for their scheduled time forfeit the entire amount of their booking. Late arrivals disrupt the schedule and impact the experience of other guests. We define a late arrival as being more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled time. To avoid such situations, we advise guests to plan their arrival well in advance, considering potential traffic and other delays. This policy ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.


4. Group Booking Cancellations

Group bookings often involve extensive preparations and scheduling adjustments. As such, we request groups to notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. In cases where a guest needs to partially cancel their booking (e.g., reducing the number of participants), our standard no-refund policy applies. However, we offer the option to reschedule the unused portion of the booking for a future date, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Our partial cancellation policy aims to offer some flexibility while ensuring fair resource management.
